Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time

Position Description
As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will be an integral part of the interdisciplinary treatment team. Your role will be to provide person-centered thinking, utilize positive behavior supports, engage in motivational interviewing, and apply trauma-informed care to prevent and respond to patient situations effectively.
A key part of your role involves complying with all safety and health standards, laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols. This ensures that all environmental standards are met, and a safe, clean, and humane environment is provided for all patients and staff.
What We Expect from You
- Person-Centered Care: Delivering culturally sensitive, professional nursing care to meet the physical and emotional needs of each patient.
- Treatment Plan Implementation: You will implement treatment plans and document the results of interventions to assist patients in accomplishing their individual goals.
- Patient Journey Facilitation: From admission through discharge, you’ll facilitate the care and documentation of each patient.
- Medication Administration Oversight: Ensuring medications are delivered safely and in accordance with all regulatory guidelines is a vital part of the role.
Position Requirements
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder fields. An active Minnesota RN Nursing License is essential.
Work Hours and Shifts
You’ll be working full-time, with options for day/evening rotation or full-time overnights.
